This is for glofoxes benefit. There is not enough administrative control over employee roles. I'm a training facility and the majority of my "billing" comes from billing my trainers their rent. But I can't give the trainers the freedom to control the app without giving them access to my billing. Furthermore, you can't adjust a profile once it's been created. There is so much I love about glofox but this is ruining why I got the app to begin with. They say this is road mapped. It needs a 911 fix.

App restarts twice then starts properly everytime I go to open it. A very basic app that doesn't do anything of real benefit. Compared to other gym software apps I have previously used I question why they have even bothered with this. No visit logs or helpful reports. Perhaps for smaller stand alone gyms this may be useful, but I personally find it of little use.

Crashes quite a bit. The website integrations has some recurring issues I've flagged over a year ago but the customer support as helpful as they are don't seem to fix the problem at all. Overall, the app is OK but could be improved with customer feedback. The problem is the feedback isn't listened to. I am a customer over 10 years now and still see the same recurring problems.
