Was hesitant after reading all difficulties but tried it. The signing up part, piece of cake,basic info. Submitting it said my email n username didnt match. It meant my email i entered twice. Cap sensitive. But it doesnt say submission sucessful or anything. Its a great app, needs work for signing up. I love it, more then jail funds, but sign up online on a browser, then sign into the app. Also email conf. was never sent.i checked spam. I had to request online another. No option for that in app.

This app usually gives me notifications alerts. It's been about a month since I've gotten anything. I'm not receiving any alerts at all. I have uninstalled this app and reinstalled numerous times. I have my notifications permission on. And still nothing is working. The only alert notification that I'm receiving, is when my intuition kicks in telling me to just check this app.

I use to get notifications when I received a message, now I don't for some reason. I have to literally open the app to see if I have a message. Also 25.¢ per message, 5.¢ per emoji, and .50¢ per picture, and if the picture gets rejected you don't get your money back!!! I mean they are making a killing off this app!! I know of a county jail where there texts are only .5¢ per txts. which is more reasonable to me. Company's like this though ONLY care about making a dollar...SMH!!!
