Horrible unresponsive customer service full of cue card robots. Mobile check upload unavailable with nothing but excuses why it doesn't work. Didn't even listen to my problem and told me they couldn't help after 4 calls. Considering legal action for false advertising. I encourage you to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for false advertising of their mobile check upload. It took at most 3 minutes to complete
It's okay. Mobile check load needs some work. I use my card ONLY when I have to for example if the bank is closed on a day I get paid and I can't cash my check. I absolutely hate being charged EVERY TIME I swipe my card. I'd rather you just charge a percent of the deposit / check and be done. Y'all make way too much money off everyone with of these cards.
I am having a lot of problems with the Mobile Check Load. It will not load up for some reason. I have uninstalled the app twice and reinstalled it, turned my phone off and back on and it still will not load. That is a really big issue with me. Needs to be fixed immediately
AP is ok, NetSpend sucks and is getting worse. Other than holding money from pumping gas, it now takes 3-5 days to transfer money from PayPal. That's 3-5 BUSINESS days... Weekends don't count for any of it. How is it every other company is getting faster and this one is getting slower and slower? Look at other cards don't waste your time.
I absolutely love this app! Haven't had any problems what so ever my check gets deposited 2 days before payday and the emails updates about transactions on you're cad minutes after using it is great! Its a great app all around!
Mobile check upload does not work,no error code or anything just keeps rerouting to home screen,can't do any transfer and can't check secure inbox. The new update is absolutely horrible.
