I've had netspend for over a decade, I used to love this company. I am now ready to switch to another option such as chime. Netspend has EASILY become the most expensive option out there in regards to fees, policies etc. They used to allow a free 🏧 draw. its now 3.00 for every single one. 1.50 for EVERY declined transaction. on top of monthly fee. 20 for EVERY overdraft. They've become absolutely shady. They will also deactivate overdraft without cause, reason, or warning. AVOID at all costs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are very transparent about all fees up front. Overdraft is an optional feature that you do not have to participate in. Our overdraft policies are publicly available here: https://www.netspend.com/benefits/overdraft-protection. Thank you.

The app works fine. I'm not going to use the service anymore due to the inconsistent pay dates. I do human resources for one of the companies I work; however, the time it takes to be paid after the instance payroll is posted varies from 1 to 3 days, so I'm never sure when my direct deposit will go through. There are other banking systems that offer more consistency, with no fees. I'm over this outsourced company. I've always had trouble communicating with them through phone calls. I'm over it.

I've been with them for many years, at least 10. The only fee I'm charged is $5, unless I use the ATM (atms own fee). However, my only issue is the advertisements state that you can pull about $900 daily through ATM, but it has never let me go beyond $300 daily. this is frustrating when you have higher bills (like rent), that your trying to just get paid (no online option), without having to sit and wait at the bank and charged the bank fee for the withdrawal, or having to draw multiple days.
