I love this app, but every year (so far) I have issues purchasing the new code pack. It's an in-app purchase. This should not be so difficult. Once I get through the song and dance of having customer service fix it (which I will say is a fairly pleasant experience normally) it works great. If the purchase issue could just get resolved I'd easily rate this 5 stars. Edit: It's gotten worse. I want this info, I want to use this app! But it's so broken.

Horsecrap customer service. I have messaged thru the app as well as thru the developer web site. Zilch. Nada. Nyet. After 3 weeks, not a peep, not even a robo response. Having problems upgrading to newer code year, plus frequently needing to sign out and back in to unlock access. Time to find another option.

What a RIP off. Premium doesn't work. Update, if I could take away this star I would. Finally heard back from these people that created this worthless app nearly one year after this review. Unfortunately they did not refund the money I lost instead they wanted to know what steps I took to resolve the issues. Like I would remember that after a year. I uninstalled it that's what I did.
