Does not work well. Sometimes it gets stuck at the title screen. At other times it takes a long time to load a ticket. There are also many error messages when pending tickets in order to activate them. I'm worried that the app will not work when there is a ticket check on the bus. ADDITION: While I appreciate the answer below, it does not seem correct. Today, the app told me that I need to be connected to the internet to activate a ticket.

Gentile utente, si assicuri che abbia buona connettività ad Internet al momento dell'apertura dell'app. Se si trova in una zona con scarso segnale di rete mobile,è preferibile mettere il cellulare in modalità aereo e dopo avviare l'app,potrà visualizzare il Qrcode di titoli attivi o attivare titoli di viaggio precedentemente acquistati. Terrible app. Crashed several times when I was trying to register but eventually I bought 2 tickets for the tram in Florence. When I got on the tram, the app wouldn't open at all, so I had to buy 2 more tickets on the tram. The app still doesn't open, even after reinstalling and changing my password. Just terrible. Stay away from it!

so far it works great. opening the app and tickets are a little slow, but it's not the end of the world. some of these negative reviews I feel are a bit unfair. The payment worked and I had no issue with the bus/train people
