The new application is horrible!!! Those 4 big yellow buttons, no reason to be there, you can touch them by mistake. Everything inside this app is a mess. Why transactions just for 30 days? I can't find my transaction at all. On the old one, everything was clear and easy to use!!! Yes it's true, I can't find my transactions on flexideposit on my phone and on your stupid new web site! Both are horribile!

I have been using this app alongside SmartToken for a year and now it stopped working. I can not log in with my finger print. When I try to connect otherwise it asks for my user code (I forgot it) a,d it asks me to enter my mail & last 3 digits of the phone number, but then it crashes. It says that there is a problem with the system. Same thing with SmartToken app. I try to open it and it loads for a while, than it says that "the app can't be opened safely, there is a problem with the system ".

Raiffeisen apps aren't working for almost 1 week now. Reinstalling the applications doesn't help. I have a ticket opened but they don't know when the issues are going to be solved. It's a shame, we can't do anything for almost 1 week. Smart mobile, smart business, smart token all are not working.
