Using app almost daily and could have better UX. For example if I want top up electronic card, i need to click 5+ times, verify PIN even I am authorized and so on. No exchange rates visible in app, ended up paying almost 5% more in UK, never ever paying with mBank, horrible. A lot of cards and tabs I never use. Payments lacking more information, just some lock icon which I dont know if is really reserved or not. Switching between accounts could be also from homepage and more.

Hi, I must say(my opinion) this mobile banking app become one of the best. My wife is using different app, and I use one bank obroad, and both of them are just useless. The mbank is very clean, with nearly everything I need for day to day life. Changing temporary limits that I use very often, it is long way to make the change(maybe 7 clicks), but I still like the filling if someone stole my card or phone he can take max 50 euros, so the filling that I have it under control is more beneficial.

I do not receive authorization notifications when app is closed. I have to open the app to confirm/reject a payment. Also I do not receive notifications while in the app. I must exit app, reopen and confirm / reject a payment. Could be some settings on my phone but other bank apps work properly.
