The deposit is very late in this. Mine was done on 5 days. The amount has not been transfer in my bank account till now! I have also Email the customer care. But no reply is coming from there. There is a lot of difficulty in transferring money through this app. It takes a lot of time. It takes a lot more time than the expected time.

One of the worst platforms to use. Cannot directly withdraw your money after depositing. I accidentally converted some money i had to another currency, since it was no longer enough to withdraw i had to charge some more but couldn't remove it. Beside that, the currency conversion rate is just too much. They have a fixed conversion rate which is just too low compared to the real time rate, but surprisingly when you deposit they use the real time rate, pure scam to be honest.

I won't say you guys are scammers but very unprofessional. Those polishing your withdrawal process I can't say what country they are from but from my Nigeria experience, this is no good. My money has been locked in there for over six months unable to withdraw back to my bank account. Worst is there is no option for such withdrawal method. On the Android app there is no customer support. Poorly designed app.
