Nothing but issues every time I get a call from here I have to waste an hour with tech support to get there app to work how crazy is it that there number one fix is delet the app and re-download it cause there app is so buggy

It's okay for what it is. However, there's no page in this app that allows me to modify my notification preferences. I don't want emails for every little update to every single work order. I'm a technician. I don't work in the offices. I don't need that. It's super annoying.

We have no access to any active work orders company wide for any customers. This very inconvenient
