GoDaddy conversations is just no conversation at all. It is just a bunch of hot air, with them trying to justify why they tried to fix something that was not broken. The old smartline was better. It virtually had nothing wrong with it, and they decided to sunset that app and decide to do something that was just annoying, inconveniencing, a lot of frustrations, very basic, very premature, and so entry level. So drop godaddy conversations and go to the sideline app.

Why is it on android os it opens up a web browser to respond to an email . In iOS it's able to be responded to in app. It's so annoying because whenever you try to start a new line of text it send the email . On screen it appears as a conversation but it's just emails going back and forth. You have to formulate your sentences like a run on paragraph because if you press the enter key for a new line it send the email as if you're don't responding. Pls fix.

This app is ok, but has issues. When replying or sending messages you cannot greet with hello and push enter to type the rest of your message because it will send an incomplete message with only hello instead of jumping to the next line. Developer response: Hello, thanks for reaching out. On your keyboard there should be a return key ↩ that you can use to go to the next line without sending. Edit: I have a return key but it only sends the message instead of jumping to the next line.
