FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE BUT REGISTERED USERS WITH HEARING LOSS FROM USING INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) CAPTIONED TELEPHONES WITH THE CAPTIONS TURNED ON. There is a cost for each minute of captions generated, paid from a federally administered fund.
There are also eligibility requirements and a cost, paid by a federally administered fund for each minute of IP Relay service.
Emergency calling through Rylo works similar to, but not the same as, calling 911 directly through a landline. It is important to keep your Rylo Registered Location updated.

As someone who has recently lost their hearing, I was completely lost and isolated. finding this app has changed my ability to communicate better than with other apps. hearing people adjusted fairly well, and now I'm able to interface with the world just a little better. the only thing I can't do is leave a message. it doesn't register the beep tone. I'm thrilled with Nagish. thank you so much!

I have a hearing problem and my hearing aids don't help much. The volume is loud enough but I can't make out most of the words people are saying. I got desktop caption phone for home use but had to give up my cell phone and use it only for texts and games. Tried some other caption app but it didn't work very good and was hard to use. Read some reviews about Navish, now Rylo and installed it. I'm so glad I did. It works great and easy to use. I can use my call of calls again.

TRY PHONE-SPECIFIC OPTIONS FIRST! Once this is on your phone, it holds all calls hostage. I was having issues with the app shutting down abruptly so I thought I'd try something else and uninstalled it. I missed 17 URGENT CALLS from my doctor because Nagish continued to intercept calls. I never know when someone is calling me. This app does not "ring" at all, not on it's own, not with aids connected. If I need to access my calendar, I can't pull this app back up. This should be a LAST RESORT.
