For all other customers, mobile app calls will count toward any monthly minutes included with the Service and any minutes used in excess of those included will be billed at a rate determined by the calling plan associated with the Service.

Ratings and reviews

New interface is better, but still can't stay connected, and then hangs. Still have to force close to get it to work again. Can't believe they can't fix this. GoDaddy ruined what was once a great product. 0 STARS! Won't stay connected to their server, and when you try to reconnect, you have to try logging out, force closing, clearing cache, etc., and those don't always work. It's been like this for years, and they appear to not want to fix it.

The app was atrocious to use to call out. It kept having errors and I would have to force stop and wipe the cache and try several times in order to be able to successfully call out. From the app reviews I'm not the only person to have this issue. Incoming calls were fine but having to go through an entire process for every outgoing call was unsustainable.

Terrible App. This app is very slow and extremely buggy. When I attempt to check my new voicemails, it just spins as I wait in eager anticipation...and I waaaiiit. Most of the time, it just never comes up. I usually just close it and never check the voicemail. Luckily, I use a competitor app for real business calls. FreedomVoice is now used mostly to capture spam calls. If you actually need to check voicemails for your business, DO NOT use this app. My 1 cent.
