definitely helps out cash back in my pocket. With 3 kids at home, everything, especially food expenses can add up quick. you will definitely be happy because you can link a store account or just scan your receipt. it is definitely easier then clipping physical coupons. be sure to add your coupons before taking your photo of your receipt to get the most money back!!

I love Ibotta and have used it for years. Things that I wish I could change- I truly wish there was a "clip all" option because I literally, whether I use it or not, clip every coupon. Since there is not an option for this, I wish the system would not be see glitchy. When I first was using, it would clip without issue. Now, I clip about 10 coupons and then it I have wait for the system to catch up ("something went wrong") before clipping more. Very frustrating as it now takes so long.

Been a loyal Ibotta user for years. Somehow I got logged out of the app a week or two ago. I couldn't remember my password & tried to use the option to reset the password using a link that would be sent via email. Tried numerous times & never got an email though still receiving their other emails. Reached out for help via a help ticket which was difficult to even find how to do. Not much help from them. Now I guess I can no longer use the app. Really mad about this mess.
