Misleading User Experience!!!!!! Almost gave me a heart attack when I saw over $100 charge in the list of my expenses, for a date I did not go anywhere! After checking it on the Wex website I found out it was a reimbursement from the hospital to my card, because they overcharged me earlier. Wex site at least has positive/negative signs for marking transactions. On the app it all looks the same, and on the reimbursement transaction there is no information at all when I click on it.

The February 2024 update has resolved some authentication issues. I'm now able to log into the App. The layout is still poor, a majority of items just push out to browser links, and functionality is clunky. One step in the right direction. Previous Review: Can't log on. Biometric login continually fails.

I really liked using this app. However until recently I can not even log in. Everytime I put my info in and press log in. The screen flashes really quick and goes right back to the log in screen. Im very frustrated and have even tried updating and uninstalling and re-installing to see if that would work and it did not. Hopefully I can get a answer on this.
