Ratings and reviews

To maintain access to this app you must periodically login to the website. Otherwise the website will lock you out of your login on the app. With no access, I tried to make a payment over the phone. The automated system request billing acct #nfrom my bill. I do not travel with my bill so I tried to make the payment with a Representative over the phone. $15 fee. Penalties for making late payments are extremely damaging to your credit. Making a payments should b easy

Was working great but for the past few months it has not allowed me to login. I installed to new phone that is up to date with softwares and still does not allow me to login. I see the developer doesn’t respond to these reviews either to take these issues into consideration. If this is not fixed asap I will have to cancel my account. In this day and age a reliable app is essential to a business on the move.

Doesn't work. Won't let me log in ever since I was forced to change my password because it "expired." Can still log in to the website but the app is now useless. It's too bad because I did like the app, I found it to be simple and relatively easy to navigate. Needs a update/fix to allow users to log in even after changing their password
