So angry this is what they replaced phone in ordering with. The app requires me to have a credit card on file with them. Frankly, I don't trust them to have a permanent record of my credit card information. There is an option to "pay in store", but every time I click it it just takes me to the credit card information entry screen. I might be be willing to use the app if there was an option to enter credit card information each time so there isn't a permanent record of my card information in their system. I.e. Let those comfortable with them having a payment method record save the info. It certainly is more convenient. But also have some other option that doesn't create a record of my info in their system. Also, they don't need to know my location. I can manually choose a store just fine. The option is there for that, but again the next scree after choosing a store is enter your payment information. NOPE!

Not very intuitive. The restaurant said you get $5 for the first order and an additonal $5 for orders over $30 but that didn't happen. Also, I ordered fries and when the order confirmation came through after paying, it said tots. So I ended up having to call the restaurant anyway. I probably could have saved more getting the kama'aina deal. Lesson learned! Just call the nice people at your local Teddy's and skip the app.

This app is missing one necessary thing: descriptions of all the burger styles. There are many styles of burger toppings and it's hard to remember or it's impossible to search which toppings each style includes. Otherwise, the app works great.
