This is the first restaurant app I’ve used that consistently gives me issues. Most of the time, the points don’t update after I scan the app, which defeats the whole purpose of a rewards system. One time, I had enough points to order online, but decided to go in person to a Naya location—and when I got there, my points had disappeared. It’s incredibly frustrating and unreliable. Definitely needs fixes. Besides this, I like the food.

Edited: just got a confirmation code, so looks like account creation worked, even though it didn't show as created in the app. Won't let me create an account. When I enter a password (more than 8 characters, includes capital and lower case letters, number, and symbol), the "Next" bar stays gray.

Using this app to order a meal or snack and drinks is very easy to use. My only complaint about the reward experience is that it may have an expiration on it if trying to save up for a bigger or more rewards. Hope someone can explain if this is true. Non-expiration to reward points is much preferred and appreciated to maintain loyalty of customer.
