Numen’s team implements various interventions like personalised diet, physical activity plans, education, tobacco cessation, medicine adherence & regular symptom tracking for stabilising & even reversing risk factors.

Once you receive an invitation from Numen, you will be able to login to your personalised dashboard through your registered phone number & OTP. Once you are successfully registered, you will be able to:

1) View the list of your patients undergoing cardiac rehab
2) Get a God View into their medical history and current progress
3) Schedule e-Consultations
