I don't open the app, why not? every month I buy my pass, and tomorrow I'll need the coud for your machines to validate the bus ticket... and simply the Arriva App is not working.. who will pay for my ticket... You can confirm through my email how I always buy the pass...

I bought a ticket and after payment was made I can't login on the app. I can't even login to activate my ticket and show it to the bus driver.
