The brand new National Express Coach app makes managing travel on your mobile easy. Search for journeys, book and store tickets and track your coach in real time.

- Tickets booked through the app are automatically added to My Bookings and available offline
-Search and book coach travel to 100's of UK towns, cities and airports on the go.
-Use our Coach Tracker to view timetables and track your journey progress as you travel.
-Retrieve your ticket booked on desktop, tablet or mobile to use on your device, or add tickets directly into your Android wallet.

Ratings and reviews

Not the easiest of apps to use. I made 2 separate bookings and on each occasion the outbound journey date became set to the previous day. It took a long time to find a way to change the date and there was an additional amendment charge made. I will not use this app again and will uninstall it at the earliest opportunity. I use other booking apps or go direct to an organisations web sites and have never had such a problem with date selection. Not impressed.

Used to work perfect, till about September, since then it's just useless, can't load all the coaches, if I eventually manage to find a ticket and try to purchase, it ask me to add all of my personal and bank details, every time, and quite often their server run out of time as the app connection 8s so slow, so i have to reinsert my details few times, that takes me half an hour or even more, unacceptable. I'm uninstalling it.

Not great and judging by the empty responses, they don't much care what customers think. Why is the app called "coach". I searched for national express when I installed it, just plain daft. After my flight was cancelled, I had to amend my booking from abroad. All I got was the circle of death, couldn't find my booking to make the changes. When it finally let me in, it was too late to do anything. Get a decent technical team.
