trying to make bookings for later in the year and all the online or apps state is currently not working - this has been three weeks now and trying to call them is ridiculous waited 35 minutes last week for no one to answer. WHAT IS GOING ON ????

Invalid data suplied?! The app can't find my ticket even though I made sure the ticket number (I copy-paste it from the ticket in email) and email address are correct. So uninstall.

They're late and had to wait on the phone more than 5 minutes, which was supposed to be an urgent call as the bus wasn't trackable. Their service is really bad.
