If and when the app works it's pretty decent but there is a massive space for improvement though. The coach tracking based on my booked ticket just says Unauthorized acces?? Search based on departure time and station works intermittently. The app takes too long to load up in my opinion as well. Also when I try to add the booked ticket to the wallet it just downloads a file on my internal storage without adding anything to the wallet. These are just a couple of issues.

Very disappointing. You used to be able to see a timetable for your bus, but now I can't see that option. Today, it won't let me track a bus I know is en route, and it won't even display the service, so that I can't even see a scheduled arrival time. It does offer me the earlier trip on that route, which is useless. Uninstalling, as it is a waste of bytes.

You can't log in into your account through the app, so you need to pay £1.50 booking fee each time (if you're logged in there's no fee). You can log in through the browser and then it says there's no fee but once you try paying it restarts your booking every time. I tried minimum 5 times in a row, multiple times through the year (because I hoped it's finally fixed) but it's impossible so you have to pay the fee. I emailed them but the reply is generic they'll check it and fix it ASAP...
