all bookings made through this app have a £1.5 charge added to them. the only way to avoid this mandatory fee is to use the website, which is more often than not broken. last week I was met with an unbookable ticket on the website after spending two hours trying to book a coach ride. every payment method said "something went wrong, please restart booking". including the final one, which charged me £20 via AmazonPay, THEN didn't send an email confirmation, said the same error message. pathetic.

Couldn't add my ticket, error message every time. Tried to use the customer service chat, waited in a queue for 30 mins, when I connected to an agent I started typing my issue then got disconnected and had another 30 min wait time ahead of me again. Poor app and a better system for customer service is needed.

Terrible app. I buy tickets regularly to travel to work and it's such a hassle with this app: - Does not have a basket option, each time I want to buy a ticket I have to buy it separately - Each time I buy a ticket it logs me out so I have to put my password and all the details in - It doesn't store my details so each time I have to fill them in, including my card number and address - It doesn't use google pay - doesn't connect to web account
