What a ridiculously USELESS app. I used National Express a few times years ago, so thought I probably had an account. Hit "forgotten password"; it said reset email sent, but no. (Yes I checked spam.) Wanted sign up as new user, in case I never had an account after all - can't get back to login/sign up page, it's vanished. Some parts of the app act as if I am logged in but I've input no password. Account menu (face in circle icon) vanished; I did see it once. FAQ is a blank white page, no text.

Hello National Express, I like the idea of the app to display tickets but there are a few things that are causing me issues that I'd like to see improved: - Guidance on how to navigate the app - Account login so my tickets automatically get displayed if purchased online. Plus a really big issue: - I booked an open return online and loaded the outbound ticket on the app, but could not load the return journey once confirmed with the same ticket number, which is really important.

National Express app is useless. Every mobile I try asks you to enter the journey details on the first screen and once I click search moves to another screen where I have to enter the details all over again. This happens every single time, even after clearing the app info and even if i install it again from scratch. I don't have the same issue on a computer or laptop, so not only is the app useless, it's irritating and need not exist. I've removed the app from my phone.
