I really thought this was a legit app for trading crypto. It's so complicated to add money to your wallet. I got charged 5 times for a single transaction just because they keep trying to verify the "deposit hold charge", but instead I was charged both the verification charge and the amount I was trying to deposit, multiple times,when they tried to verify my account. The money never made it into the account/wallet after all that. I did get my money deposited back into my bank account, thank God.

Good, but missing a couple critical things. The app itself works well, it's easy to search and buy/sell. However, it has 2 major flaws. 1) it doesn't show you total profit and loss. It shows profit/loss over the last 24 hours. That's not exactly helpful to know if I've gained or lost money on the coin as a whole. Every stock brokage has this, most other crypto exchanges have this, why doesn't Phantom? 2) You can't sell and withdraw to your bank/debit card. You have to transfer to another wallet.

Easy to learn and good interface, but I've lost a lot of money because it sometimes takes hours to make a trade. It just won't proceed through to the review and confirm transaction phase - which is a big deal when you're trying to cash out or swap when something is moving. Not a slippage issue, as it happens regularly with coins that aren't trending. Glitchy but has great potential if they fix that.
