slow, doesn't work. no order to search finds, even using exact words. I like Lee's a lot but the app is frustrating, making me use Smith's app. If I find something there, then I'll go there instead. The things that Lee's has going for it has nothing to do with the app. Pharmacy, but they just lost or changed all the people that used to work there for years. I assume management screwed up not realizing that the Pharmacy brings in customers spending 10 times more in groceries per visit. incompet

The store is wonderful. The app and website are terrible. The app is always very glitchy and never accepts my password. The website I've had problems with it saving my order, I had over 50 items in my cart but when I went to check out it showed no items in my cart. I had to go back and put everything in my cart again. It also has me log in multiple times during the same session. Huge waste of time. I shop online to save time not waste time. Please fix your app and website.

I am happy that I can use this app for my online shopping, but the recent changes to the app have left me disappointed. First I dont like the addition of the zoom in/out button because it is right over the "add to cart" button, and I have to wait a few seconds before it will disappear and I can do anything. I also miss the feature where I could add something to my cart without being taken to the items' page- it made shopping a lot faster without having to flip back and forth between pages.
