Worst service ever. Bookaru and faisal mover is way more better than this. Its been a while now 1st they cancelled the bus then they are not responding for refund. Refund was accepted but payment was not received and they are not responding on email or call. They receive the call and then suddenly drop it without any talk. Worst experience ever.

The Daewoo app and website experience is beyond frustrating. It takes an absurd 10 minutes just to open! I had to reinstall it because it wasn’t showing any dates, and now I can’t even log in despite having money in my Daewoo wallet. To make matters worse, I’ve been calling their "app complaint helpline" for over an hour, and no one is picking up. This app is a complete waste of time and utterly unreliable! Don't download this application it is not worthy.

I'm using daewko for more than 12 years now. And I have very worst experience with this daewoo application, today is the second time I've booked and purchased the ticket and the amount has been deducted from my Jazzcash and the ticket is unable to purchase. I was in an urgency but it app played me a second time and not going to purchase from application.
