Narsing gandipet
I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent journey from Hyderabad to Bangalore. There was no tracking information initially, and no one responded to calls, including customer service. The bus was stopped for 3 hours to change vehicles, and there was no communication about this delay. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. Note:Don't go for this travel's worst service ever

Such a sad experience due to the below reasons. 1) Bus was 105 minutes late. 2) Fatimanagar stop is usually opposite of INOX theatre for all Hyd buses, but driver asked us to reach near Petrol bunk area, just 15 mins before. 3) window glass was broken and glass pieces are spilled over the bed, my son got hurt. The staff response was irresponsible. Finally, one of the staff came and sealed the broken area with cellular tape. Orange Travels lost its goodwill and credibility. Bye for ever!

I recommend avoiding Orange Travels due to poor customer service and unclear pickup and drop-off points. I've experienced bus delays of over an hour, and despite having a closer pickup point, they sent me to a more inconvenient location, which made no sense. My usual trips with KSRTC are much more organized and punctual. I'm very dissatisfied with Orange Travels and suggest considering other options.
