Since the recent application update, my one-time code (OTP) is no longer working. I have tried multiple times, but the code is not being received or processed, which prevents me from completing any online transactions. I have also attempted to contact customer service, but I have not received any response so far. This issue has been ongoing and is significantly affecting my ability to make payments and purchases online. Kindly look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution.

To activate the feature of One Time Code biometrics was required. This makes it very impractical to use. Some phones may not support some might have issues with the screen protectors to register biometrics and unfortunately it requires both fingerprint and facial. What were they thinking? Also for logging in only one option would work either with password or touch Id. This all has made the app unusable.

Really annoying app which doesnt work. Even after unistalling & reinstalling the app it still doesnt work and keeps asking to proceed with biometric wherein it doesnt scan. Also i believe you shouldnt be forcing people to proceed with biometric and should let us proceed with pin or password as it should be customers choice.
