ive noticed that after i click on the "attend" button the request hangs for quite a long time like as long as 10 seconds. I usually hit the back button to attempt to retry, and my class is shown as enrolled. on my profile and from the gym studio page. my credits have also decreased based on the cost of the class. this persists. i showed up to a class this morning only to find out i was not actually enrolled and i had to make a decision to pay with card or leave a class i prepared to attend.

I have had endless problems the last few months with reservations that I did not make. I get notifications shortly before class about the reservation and sometimes these aren't even in the same city I live in, or they're classes I would never have signed up for at times I am out of town, working, or otherwise busy. they have charged me no-show and late cancellation fees each time amounting in hundreds of dollars. I had to cancel my membership because it won't stop.

This program reminds me a lot of a timeshare. You pay for access to multiple services, but if you don't use your credits within a certain time, you lose them. That just doesn't make sense. If customers paid for those credits, they shouldn't be forced to use them before they expire. Why should they lose something they already paid for just because a new set of credits is about to renew? It feels more like a scam to me.
