Since last update, my doorbell camera has stopped working. Attempts to view live footage on the app leads a message saying the camera is offline. If you manually turn the device on by pressing the doorbell button, it will briefly show a live image, but it will not connect to the onboard SD card that was previously working properly; if you subsequently leave the app and try to view the live feed once more, it will again say the device is offline. re-pairing the camera is also not working

Ever since the last update I can't even connect my Wi-Fi to the device. I've never had this issue before. I've tried adding it manually and it still doesn't work. My router has not been moved but the message I get is that the signal is weak. I guess I'll aggravate myself further by trying to contact customer service. LAME!!

First the good news, the camera works and gives an excellent picture and can be rotated remotely using your phone. The instructions were passable. Having a dual power source (battery to power up and solar work remotely) was a good design feature. Now the not so good, the app needs help because it is not user friendly. It takes a while to understand how to manipulate the various controls. An online manual would help because the enclosed leaflet only covers assembly.
