stop blocking my view! I've had my device for years. This last week I open the app so I can quickly see who's on my porch but there's a big add right on top of the play button for the camera. By the time I get the stupid add off it's too late. This has only been a recent problem, please fix it. I don't mind adds but please don't interfere with me quickly accessing my camera view

Records videos but when you go to play it, it plays a different one and cannot play the one I need to play! The cloud service is not worth getting and a lot more hassle, plus trying to access recordings was harder and lost access to all previous recordings! Looking into another security system if this does not get updated soon. *UPDATE, lowered to one star, wish it could be 0! Camera is 5ft from the router, takes forever to connect or sometimes never does!!!

Ever since the last update I can't even connect my Wi-Fi to the device. I've never had this issue before. I've tried adding it manually and it still doesn't work. My router has not been moved but the message I get is that the signal is weak. I guess I'll aggravate myself further by trying to contact customer service. LAME!!
