stop blocking my view! I've had my device for years. This last week I open the app so I can quickly see who's on my porch but there's a big add right on top of the play button for the camera. By the time I get the stupid add off it's too late. This has only been a recent problem, please fix it. I don't mind adds but please don't interfere with me quickly accessing my camera view

Takes forever to load live stream, if it works at all. I have to shut down the app and reopen it multiple times for it to connect. My wifi signal is maxed out since the router is 15 feet from the camera with 300mbps up and download fiber speed, and using a Samsung Galaxy s26 ultra and have the latest updates installed. Just poor development on the app when it comes to establishing connections. It also freezes when it detects motion, which defeats the purpose of it.

This app is pretty easy to navigate. But it does conk out a lot with the wifi. And it is difficult to get all the cams back online when the power goes out. And they change the app a lot. I can't get it on my tablet anymore which sucks. I love the the bigger picture to see the cam view. But they do have pretty good definition. Even at night and in color. I haven't used any other cam app so I can't compare if all this is normal or bad. But it's what I have and make the best of it.
