Can't use the app unless I uninstalled Microsoft Authenticator app. Already complained via e-mail and they just said to re-install it (D-Bank Pro). Already explained the problem that the problem is in the app itself where it seems it doesn't like other apps to have certain access/permission and also it doesn't like you installing non playstore apps, which is extremely stupid. My phone is stock so it should be enough, but the dumb people making this app think they know better.

The APP was helpful and the UI very attractive. Able to use the APP in Huawei device for couple of months since it was launched, but after the recent update, unable to use anymore, probably have to transfer the remaining fund to the other bank

I cannot transfer my money to my other bank account. I have contact the customer service, but it's rather slow, and the issue persist. It's inconvenience to have to go to the bank if I want to transfer my money. It's useless to have a digital apps if you cannot use it to transfer the money.
