acceptionally well diverse and almost perfect ! graphics could have been alot more realistic and life like and anyone who tries the virtual experience wouldn't know the difference between virtual and real ! But nonetheless the overall experience is definitely headed in the right direction as far as a sales pitch goes you've definitely got them sold on every aspect ! Keep up the good work! ! DJI should do a better job explaining to customers how to download the DJI Fly and DJI Virtual Flight apps. Many people seem to run into problems after downloading the DJI Store app. After you get the DJI Store app from the Play Store, you need to go to the Service tab inside the app to find and download DJI Fly and DJI Virtual Flight. It took me some time to figure this out on my own. Clearer instructions from DJI would really help!

Ordered a Mini 4 Pro and accessories through the app. Used my address for billing, shipping, and warranty, plus the in app validation process. After a $2,000+ withdrawal and no invoice for days, as well as requests for additional sensitive information, I withdrew my order. If the hassle begins before ownership, I dare not imagine what it would be like once they have you. I believed the product would be excellent, but couldn't get one delivered to experience it myself. Disappointed. Be wary.
