My management company just switched to this service and wow does it suck. The app won't allow me to set up my auto pay, i have tried and even had management co. try to set it up with no luck. On top of that there is a 3.25% fee for credit card payment SERIOUSLY so it cost me $5 in fee's to pay my rent when my old service only changed $1.75 I am going back to money orders

The billing is outdated. The bank draft takes 5+ business days so you never know when that's going to hit, & the credit card includes a 3.25% fee. You can't use venmo, zelle, cash app, etc. You can't connect any of them so that the transfer is instant & free. There is literally no support on the app or anywhere. With money transactions that should be mandatory. It's an outdated system that should become obsolete. The email they claim is support is not even monitored. Wow.

it was pretty smooth when it worked. The helpers for issues were pretty good at fixing issues. but idk if I was the only one with this same issue, but for most of the time, I tried to log in, and it would always mess up. it would send me to a black coding screen, or every time I would log in, it would instantly log me out. today, it was doing the same thing, and I couldn't even pay my bills. Hopefully, later in the day or tomorrow, I'll be able to.
