About this app

Make a calorie tracker part of everyday eating: photograph a meal, review the estimate and save it. This calorie counter connects portions with nutrition, while the food tracker keeps breakfast, lunch and snacks in one record.

Key Features

• Healthy food scanner for meal photos
Use the calorie counter to estimate a photo's nutrients, then check ingredients in your food tracker. The calorie tracker turns reviewed portions into entries in your calorie counting app.

• A food tracking app for text and voice
Enter portions in the food tracker by typing or, when supported by your device and language, speaking into the calorie tracker. If you checked a meal with a diabetes food scanner, enter those reviewed details in the calorie counter.

• A food diary for your daily diet
Search or enter foods manually: your food tracker and calorie counter bring the day's meals together. Use the calorie tracker as a diet tracker to record meals while following a weight-loss diet plan.

• Saved meals in your calorie tracker
Reuse familiar entries in the food tracker and adjust portions in the calorie counter. Saving healthy food you eat regularly reduces repeat typing without locking you into the same amounts.

• Macro tracker for protein, carbs and fat
Use the calorie counter as a protein and calorie tracker or low carb tracker, with fiber, sugar and sodium where data is available. Use it as a diabetes food tracker for meal records to review with your clinician, rather than medical guidance.

• Personal goals with a calorie calculator
The calorie tracker compares intake with estimated targets, while the calorie counter shows how portions contribute to your day. Use your food tracker as a calorie deficit tracker to review meals against a calorie deficit goal and follow your macros.

• Weight loss tracker and nutrition progress
Pair weight entries with the calorie counter and use the food tracker as a nutrition tracker to explore eating patterns. The calorie tracker also keeps intake in context when you use it as a weight gain app, with longer history available through Pro.

• Activity and consistency
Add activities manually alongside your food tracker entries and review your day in the calorie counter. Logging streaks in the calorie tracker support a routine of checking your macro tracker and protein tracker.

Start with the next meal in your calorie tracker and review portions with the calorie counter. Return to your food tracker to keep a useful food diary, one entry at a time.

Before you start
AI estimates can vary and should be reviewed; AI features require internet access. Basic access has limited AI use and saved meals; Pro adds higher allowances, goal editing and longer history, with usage limits still applying.

app worked great until I paid for the subscription. Then it decided that every photo didnt show any food and you could type it in, but it also said my meal had no nutrients (cottage cheese, carrots, radishes.) user beware of subscription.

It is very helpful as I can track all my micronutrients using only single app. And it is motivating to see beautiful progress rings for daily food habits.

Useless app. Just a copy cat of other apps. No point in downloading
