This app is overall good even if there are frequent maintenance sometimes. Good thing, they send notifications or messages but sometimes it is all of a sudden. Sometimes it also doesn't work if the telecom signal on a place is poor. But I think it's for security. So I still use it because it is more convenient for us living in a mountainous area, rather than keeping a ledger that will make us keep on going to the center/bank and getting manual updates.

Hello, I think your app is very convenient but there's a problem with it. If ever you forgot your password and got you need to change it,you need to wait for the code but when you enter it without connection and accidentally press the send button twice your account will get locked up. Then will advice you contact costumer service but didn't provide any in the sign in page. It keeps sending notification of contact numbers for assistance but, it didn't respond.

You cannot login your account to different phone. The one you used during application is only one you can use to access your account. Very disappointing. Super hassle using it. Sometimes the atm machine is not even dispensing money. If you are pushing to upgrade your service, makes sure it will really help your customer. That it will really make things easier for us.
