2 Many (but not all) employers, government benefits providers, and other originators send direct deposits early with an effective date of 1-4 days later. Beginning with your second direct deposit of at least $5 from the same source, the Central Bank of Kansas City (CBKC) will post the funds to your Wallet Visa Prepaid Card when we receive it, rather than on the effective date. This may result in your having access to the funds sooner. The date CBKC receives your direct deposit and the effective date are controlled by the originator.

keeps saying my password is wrong, I've reset it and then it says it's wrong again. I've tried multiple times and then the reset button doesn't work when I click on it. says it takes 24 hours for ur finds to be accessible but it's been 4 days and nothing has updated!.submitted a ticket 3 days ago still nothing has been fixed! don't expect to get money when u need it! won't happen...

5 years in with them, consistent timely repayment and still unreliable. Customer service doesn't actually listen to you, they just assume you're trying to scam them and take the easy route. Lie about it and respond with canned answers instead of actually looking at their records and investigating. Seems like they don't like their users. Customer is always wrong.

this thing is so flawed. it goes by what HR allowed. and you can't get access to all of your money you worked for because the company you work for doesn't allow this to let you access to all of your money. they pretty much nickel and dime you your own money! And this app crashes all the time. can't log in even after uninstall and reinstall the app and it won't tell you why or if your password is wrong, etc... it just keeps loading non stop. Find better alternatives!
