Been using this for 6 years. The app design & usability are okay. Despite having some very annoying bugs, it was workable. Until recently. Now it rarely works, as in changes made within the app aren't being relayed to the thermostat. The app hasn't been updated in over 4 years, so did they do an ota update to the thermostats? Because suddenly what worked intermittently before hardly ever works at all now.

This app is trash. The thermostat is not responsive to changes imput on the app the first, second, third and sometimes the 4th times a change is requested. I just had to disconnect the thermostat to get it to turn off. The app randomly changes the temperature to "save money". The app shows I have saved about $40 in 4 years. We are getting a replacement asap.

This app sucks!!!!! So many issues from not turning on to when on the thermostat seems to have a mind of its one. During the summer it would not work properly at all !!! It would stay on without turning off and dropping temp extremely low. Now it won't turn on remotely at all. I've disconnected several times rebooted the system however no change. I've also deleted the app and reloaded it also didn't work. This App Sucks!!!!!
