Ratings and reviews

Nothing loads. The first few times I used the app, I was able to browse stores. I added a few to my favorites. I haven't been able to load stores. The app tells me " no stores in selected area" and to scroll down or search again. I work at a store with the flash food cooler. It was one of my favorite stores. I liked being able to buy boxes of produce for cheap.

I've used it several times and no problem. BUT if you do have a problem, it's a PROBLEM.For the second time, I had items missing. If you do, you have to report it on the app.(which I didn't know the 1ST time this happened & never got my money back.) This time they said they processed a refund for some of the items. It's a very messy format to try and get a refund. But never the less I didn't get any of my money back and none of my items.

I use this quite a bit. I have had one item that wasn't good, one item that my husband picked up that I would have turned down, and shorted one loaf of bread. Otherwise this has been a great experience. I get things for freezer storage, use some things as soon as I get them. Quality on the vast majority has been great. Pickup is quick and easy. I would highly recommend this service.
