Very trashy app behaviour. when you're at the end of a biopic movie and there's epilogue text on the screen, it blocks it with options for different movies and switches to next movie within 10 seconds. atleast let the ongoing movie finish properly. There's been a lot of other issues too and this one was enough to put the final nail in the coffin and make me open play store in the middle of the night to write off a review.

The worst experience I've ever had with any other app; the Zee5 customer care service is absolutely rated -999. There is no option to connect with customer care directly. If we try to connect, it takes more than 2 hours, and we don't get a proper response. Such a very, very bad experience. I have used almost all other platforms, but I have never faced this type of issue with customer service on other apps. They only want subscription money, not customer satisfaction. "DON'T TAKE THE SUBSCRIPTION

This app used to be good, but since the recent update, the app won't open. It's very frustrating, and I have to uninstall it. The global platform in the browser won't load and always shows an error. Please fix it; international viewers love watching your app's TV shows and movies. I hope that in the future I can install it again, as you've been losing viewers around the globe.
