About this app

"HeyMelody" is an app that enables you to manage your OPPO and OnePlus earbuds. After connecting your earbuds, you can view the battery levels of both earbuds and the charging case in real time. This app also offers functions such as sound effect adjustment, gesture customization, and firmware OTA updates.
Notes:
1. If there is no related function after downloading the app, please update the App version and try again.
2. If your phone supported headset's feature settings in the phone setting you don't need to install the app.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I am VERY impressed with this app. It looks practically identical to the oneplus settings, but I wish there was some option, potentially in device controls or the notification bar, that allows for you to change settings for noise cancelation and game mode. I find myself always switching based on my current situation, and it would be amazing if I could change that easier. Great app, thanks!

Received my Nord Buds 3R today. At first, I thought they were defective because the volume seemed very low even at 100% on my phone, and I was worried I might need to replace the order on Amazon. I then realized the earbuds have their own inbuilt volume control. Long-pressing the touch sensors adjusts the earbuds’ volume independently of the phone, so the phone volume doesn’t affect it. A guide in the app would help. Works perfectly once adjusted.

I am experiencing an issue with my newly bought OnePlus nord pro-4 earbuds. The person on the other end is able to clearly hear background noise from my surroundings. How to fix this?. kindly find the solution, so that person on the other side won't hear any noise. I kindly request you to look into this matter and provide a suitable solution or necessary support. if this is a software-related issue, please consider addressing it through an app or firmware update. tq. waiting for ur response.
