Since latest update (July 25, 2024), app fails at sign in. Previously handy for on-the-go balance checking, but really no other benefits. Now practically bloatware with the ongoing network errors and failing sign in. I have no problem signing in on a computer; only the mobile app is failing. App wasn't doing much to begin with, now simply garbage.

I mean, I can't be the only one who thinks this looks like a scam app instead of a legitimate one. They have two apps in the Play Store. This one doesn't even capitalize the brand name, the graphic that pops up when you launch the app looks sketchy, and the app itself just (seemingly) forwards the user to a website. I thought it was impossible to make something worse than the previous app. I was wrong.

I was a little sceptical to download this due to the low review ratings, but it looks like whatever problems there were got fixed. It isn't perfect and some links do redirect to the website which then proceeds to time out, but it is pretty easy to do basic things like upload receipts and request reimbursements. The biometric feature works for me too! Definitely better than the website, which is basically nonfunctional at the time of writing. (Using on Android, Nov 2023)
