App is insanely pushy about enabling autopay. I don't use autopay on ANYTHING, I always pay manually. But this app WILL NOT STOP hounding you about it. It asks when you open it, when you add a payment method, pay, check your balance, and more. It once even did it automatically anyway despite me saying no. I had to call Sunbit to get it removed because the app does not let you disable it once it's enabled. The app also uses dark patterning to try to trick you to enabling it. Awful app behavior.

This is the most frustrating, confusing card app I've ever had the displeasure of using. Read the reviews and look at the response from the company, that should tell you all that you need to know about it's service. This is the most nonsense I've ever seen! The app is very misleading and it's ai needs to be disabled. It's like being on a rat wheel, running in circles... Sadly, it was offered to me at a time when I was in need and having had debit/credit/banking online accounts, this app sucks

The app is horrible!! Do not get credit card from this company! I have called several times to the customer service number and NO ONE seems to know what the issue is with the app. I have not been able to access the app for over 6 months and I can not make payments on the mobile app either. If it did not effect my credit score I would ABSOLUTLY close this account!
