About this app

I’M SAFE helps you stay connected with people you trust and gives you practical tools for everyday personal safety.

PRIVATE BUBBLES
Create invite-only Bubbles for family, friends or a team.

• Share your precise location only when you turn Sharing on.
• Switch to Private Mode whenever you want to stop sharing.
• See member location status, battery and connection information.
• Use Journeys and Zones to organise location-based plans and updates.

When you enable Bubble or Journey sharing, I’M SAFE can collect precise location in the background, including when the app is closed or not in use. Location is sent to I’M SAFE and shown only to members of the invite-only Bubble you choose. Sharing is off until you enable it.

USER-TRIGGERED SOS
Start SOS when you need to alert your Bubble. I’M SAFE can sound a siren, share your location and capture audio or photos when you activate those options. Recording uses visible controls and Android privacy indicators. I’M SAFE does not contact police, ambulance, fire or other emergency services.

PRACTICAL SAFETY TOOLS

• Fake Call creates a local simulated incoming call. It does not place or receive a real telephone call.
• Vault protects private records on your device behind biometric or device-lock authentication.
• Ask for Help lets you submit and follow support requests where the service is available.
• Activity and travel insights use permissions you choose to grant.

OPTIONAL I’M SAFE TAGS
Pair supported I’M SAFE Bluetooth Tags to find or ring personal items, enable separation alerts, or use configured Tag button actions. Tag monitoring is optional and off until you enable it. Background monitoring may collect Tag-related location and share a Tag’s location with members of Bubbles where you added it. Tags are optional accessories and are not required for core Bubble features.

COMMUNITY
Community is currently available in select cities. People outside those cities will see an unavailable state. Community posts are user contributions and are not emergency-service reports.

PLUS ON ANDROID
Android can show and manage Plus access already linked to your account and allocate that access to eligible Bubbles. Purchasing Plus through Google Play is not available in this release.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL
I’M SAFE does not display ads or use location for advertising. Location sharing and Tag monitoring are controlled by you. Review or change Android permissions at any time in Settings.

A new map look: warm off-white by day, true black at night, with clearer names. Rotate and tilt the map, see 3D buildings, and tap the compass to return north. Zooming is smoother. Travel Insights is easier to read, with a driving card per person. Ask for Help starts with a short, calm first screen. Low-battery notices for your Bubble. You can now buy Plus and Gift Plus in the app through Google Play.
