without ponying up for a subscription the app is stuck at the switch user screen. The only option it gives is to subscribe with a trial. Since I already did the trial prior to subscribing previously it tells me I have to pay to proceed. So unless it is an error it now appears the entire app is behind a pay wall. I enjoyed it while subscribed but in the current economy I can't justify spending the money for the app. Good thing Pens and notebooks still exist

08/12/26 Stupid thing isn't working since I did the update. every time I try to open the app it brings up the initial page with the three Bowlers on it and then it sends me to my email. I don't want my email I want to open my app! what am I paying for if this thing keeps crashing? and it wouldn't let me upload any of my scores over the summer because it didn't have the list on your app, for my center that I bowled at. Frustrated that it won't let me add ANY RotoGrip balls to my arsenal..

I keep getting the Venom ad and can't get by it. I just tried to log my games from this week and was logged out of the app. I've been using the app for over a year and never had issues before the past month. Then, all of a sudden, I've been having issues listed above...just after I paid for another year's subscription. If I had experienced these issues a week earlier, I never would have paid for another year.
