Ratings and reviews

Terrible User Experience. I have post notifications turned on for a few people, I won't get the notification until hours later. Post notifications do not work. I will not get notifications for likes, reposts, comments or anything else. When someone mentions me in a post or comment, I won't get that for 5-7 days after it happens. You cannot see your own work anniversary posts to be able to respond to people congratulating you. Just terrible, I wish the app worked correctly.

Constant missed notification push notification to my phone. Customer service suggests temporary solution which is quite tedious to implement (you have to go into the app and for dozens of toggle buttons hidden by multiple clickthroughs each, you have to turn on and turn off an option that you already turned off). Then, they close your ticket without addressing the underlying issue. Also, pretty bad form to close a service ticket on your first reply without waiting for user to reply.

Notifications are used far too frequently, and I've encountered probably the least useful of them all quite often: you have missed updates. It tells me basically nothing since I get updates every day, and it just clogs up my phone's notifications for nothing... On top of that LinkedIn has a monopoly on the job market and requires premium features for things that should be free (like seeing who viewed your profile) The apps performance is good, and it accomplishes what it sets out to do.
