Very convenient to be able to check your balance and transactions anytime without having to call the 1800 number and go thru all the automated messages and button pushing lol. There is also many different offers at great values, i.e: Amazon prime, streaming services, memberships for Sam's club and other similar places. And so much more. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because the app is slow to load sometimes..

Somehow got locked out of my account, even though I have all my log in credentials written down, and when I tried to reset my password to what I had written down, it said that was already my password. Now it just keeps giving me the run around, even when I click that I forgot user name/password. It only gives me the option to reset password but nothing I enter is acceptable, always says I can't use the same password, even though I've tried changing it to something different and unique.

Please add a notification option for a remaining balance in EBT account. For some reason lately it hasn't shown my balance and it can't update it. I've signed out and changed passwords even and I cannot update my case number either. Otherwise, it's great. It has a lot of information that is extremely helpful.
