Striving to log in for the first time but Im being thwarted by a forever loading signing in screen after clicking the email verification link. update: It took a long time but I was able to get into the app by a series of force closing and reopening and clicking on the sign in and next buttons. It was definitely a lot of work it took me days to get in.

Shows me benefit balance, but will not for the last 8 months show me an updated transaction list. Keeps telling me try back later and never updates. Just keeps giving me an error. i am verified that it is the most updated version of the app. I've uninstalled reinstalled and also signed out and signed back in nothing fixes this, I cannot monitor my transactions.

I had been having problems for months,logging in, locking and unlocking my EBT card and left a review saying as much. Recently, after trying various known ways to fix the problem and having no luck, I finally figured out I was causing the problem: I usually have a VPN running on my phone, after pausing it temporarily, I realized I could use the Propel app with no problem. It's been fine ever since, if you're using a VPN, just try pausing it temporarily.
