I have been using Macadam daily for a few months. I submitted thousands of steps almost daily with tens of thousands submitted weekly. 14,000 points later, I'm no closer to redeeming the nearest reward, set at over 31,000 points. If you have a lot of extra time to try everything else the app offers (mobile games, etc.) it might be worth it, but any rewards might arrive too slowly for busier people. I've ultimately decided to uninstall Macadam.

I generally like this app. support team was really helpful when I had a problem. my issue is the strict cash-out window. you can only cash out your rewards on Monday morning at 9am. I set an alarm for exactly 9, went to cash out my rewards, and it told me they have all been claimed and I have to wait for next week. this has happened for the past 3 weeks. I don't know if it's bots or what, but the only reason I haven't uninstalled is cuz I earned those rewards and refuse to just lose them

I spent months collecting points and am now ready to redeem for cash back. The app said to log in starting at 9:00 this morning to redeem which is already weird. I logged in at 9:03 and it says I can't redeem now for another week. Customer support said I have to log in at an exact time on the dot. Long story short, it sounds like you're competing with other people to redeem the money you earn. This is a really poor customer experience. Why you have to redeem at an exact time makes no sense.
