I have been using Macadam daily for a few months. I submitted thousands of steps almost daily with tens of thousands submitted weekly. 14,000 points later, I'm no closer to redeeming the nearest reward, set at over 31,000 points. If you have a lot of extra time to try everything else the app offers (mobile games, etc.) it might be worth it, but any rewards might arrive too slowly for busier people. I've ultimately decided to uninstall Macadam.

I've been using this app for ages, but they have changed the way payouts work, and I wasn't able to get a "slot" for a payout TWENTY FOUR MINUTES after they opened. I'll be cashing out what I can, if I'm ever able to get a slot, and then I'm out. This is absolutely, utterly, ridiculous. ETA: Well look at that non response. And looking at the other reviews, it looks like I may never get my rewards. Awesome 🤦‍♀️ Just for the audience, I did, in fact, contact support, and got the same nonresponse

If I could give it a -5 that would be more truthful. I have been using this app for between 4 and 5 years. within the past 6 months it has gotten sketchy. First you can only cash out on certain days which was impossible. Then they changed the app. taking away all my coins, I had about $23.00 in coins that I couldn't cash out. So basically they changed it and took all my coins. Up yours Macadam! Theives.
