Had a subscription for more space but changed my payment method. payment went through and now all of a sudden the subscription is not working! it says "check your internet connection" and my connection is fine. I've been getting this error for a couple of days now and I'm afraid my files and photos will get deleted because my drive doesn't have the extra space. I waited 24 hours like was suggested for everything to catch up and it still says the same thing.. this app sucks and makes me not trust

How novel, allow my data to be stored on someone else's computer and hope that they are better at stopping intrusions than every single attacker... An added bonus is the privilege to download your own data, again, provided you have service. Any outage in service also means any vital files are also out of reach. Storage is cheap. Redundancy is a nice thing but depending on anyone but yourself for anything vital is not a long term recipe for success.

WORST APP EVER. forced to use instead of Lens, which worked perfectly fine and was able to, crucially, straighten pictures of printed paper documents. This one does only trivial edits like an app from 20 years ago. This app is absolutely useless and predatory: pushes you to buy a monthly subscription, to steal your images uploading them to cloud, and to push all sorts of notifications by default. 0/10
