Ratings and reviews

I've had this system for 2 years and had nothing but problems(besides the first few months). With every update something else's wrong. When someone actually is in your yard , it will stop when you actually need it to record. Trying to see the videos on the app is a joke, they haven't loaded since the last update. About every other week, I've had to reboot the system to have it show any notifications.

The app got to where I could not view the live feed without it just being a scrambled mess. I did a restart, cleared the cache several times and none of that worked. So I tried updating to the current version.... same exact issues. I hope the developers can help with this as it is unusable at this point. * Update * I have determined that the problem the app has is with my Wi-Fi, which is strange because it was never an issue before.

CONSTANT freezing up and app closures. Wasn't too bad initially but now I can hardly use the app. If I get a camera alert, by the time I get into the app and can actually see the camera, a person could have already robbed me and been long gone. If I could go back and get different cameras, I would, but I've spent too much on these. Thanks for nothing Night Owl. I'm ashamed that I recommended this product to 2 people.
