Now I'm getting an invoice being charged almost €300 for services offered the entire year. I'm sorry, but why! Was a given a monthly bill based on my consumption, even got my bill reduced many times! And now they're telling me I owe them when I paid every single month the exact amount that was due!? You guys are trying to steal money from people!! What a horrible, horrible company. I would NEVER recommend it to anybody.

Thank you for your feedback. We sent an email explaining that prepayments were based on your consumption indications. Our app always had a tool to align prepayments with usage. For assistance, please check your email or contact our support team. We appreciate your understanding.

Entering meter readings is not user friendly. On Samsung UI, it is not possible to enter dates in the last week of the month, since the navigation buttons cover the days. When entering the reading, the digit entry panel covers the entry widget, so have to enter them blindly. Other apps manage this in a better way by providing extra screen space at the bottom or allowing to scroll widgets into sight.

AI slop. Been waiting months for my contract to start. Every email is replied to by an useless AI bot. The bot says there is no issue after waiting months for Eletricty contract to even be registered! Eventually after 10 emails it connects me to a human which says there is a problem and they need to restart my request... Wouldn't have been noticed unless you chase them down with a dozen emails. Sadly only had bad after bad experience :(

Sorry you had such a frustrating experience - especially how hard it was to reach a human. Waiting months for a contract start isn’t acceptable. We’re improving our chatbot and routing so complex cases reach a person faster. Thanks for the feedback, and we hope things are now on track and improve from here.
