Awful app. Just installed it and problems began when scrolling a search term. It kept flicking back to the start over and over again, then when I finally got some things into my basket, and went to change some of the items to two, instead of one, the app just froze with the dreaded wheel going round and round and I just gave up. Dreadfully bad tech for such a big well known company.

I like H&B and their staff are great but I've barely had the app 5min and already the experience is poor. Cannot login as i am unable to verify my email. I have received an email, but there is no means or verifying. Opening the email, clicking on anything within the email, nothing works. You are prompted to contact the support team, which is a bot. What a shambles.

Recently I have had real problems with the app. It is slow and freezes sometimes. Yesterday I was unable to add items to my basket. I have uninstalled and re- installed it. Still very slow. I am close to giving up on it.
