I still use the app but it's worse, so not enjoying new version, I constantly have to sign in every time I want to scan a ticket. Also very hard to know what drawings you're in, used to see a list of drawings and entries, some tickets just after scanned are in a second chance drawing but not understanding how to find which category I am in. Now I am not able to scan tickets because it won't load. I would give less stars but I am giving you all the chance to help me with problems

Used to be able to simply scan ticket and it would tell you if you're a winner and also add it for points. Now you have to manually enter extremely long numbers from front and back of each ticket. Sometimes it accepts it...other times it makes you wait 24 hours. Super disappointed because it used to be really handy. Now it's such an inconvenience that I won't be using it anymore. It's all over the place visually and confusing. Go back to the older version PLEASE. This is straight garbage.

This updated app is garbage. The old one told you if you won anything in between multi draws this one says results not in. Total 💩 So here we are several months later and several emails to them and problem still not fixed. You cannot scan your ticket to see if it won if it is a multi draw ( like 3 drawings) the old app said " not a winner. Drawings remain" this new and improved app says results not in REALLY!
