would love to actually play the second chance because i specifically get cash word for the second chance. no matter what i do after i click play for entries and sign in with my username and password it goes to a blank white screen and won't load anything. the app used to work fine. looks like I'll just go back to slingo

When I select either play for prizes or try it's just blank. Haven't been able to play at all for a day or so. I've tried everything and nothing works. when a game should pop up it's just showing the background screen.

I've been playing my 2nd chance games on this app for several years and have had very few problems. But as of 6/21/19 I haven't been able to play a single game! I have 6 games ready to play but they won't load. I also have several other tickets to put in but haven't. I've tried entering the app in various ways and uninstalled/reinstalled the app which hasn't helped at all! I've emailed you about this and got no response. YOU SHOULD FIX YOUR APP OR TAKE DOWN! RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOR.💩
